Irish Sea Glass Jewelry Claddagh Necklace Kelly Green Sea Glass

Beautiful, Irish Sea Glass Jewelry Claddagh Necklace in Kelly Green sea glass!

The Claddagh design is traditionally an Irish symbol given as a token of friendship, love and/or as a wedding ring. The design and customs associated with it originated in the Irish fishing village of Claddagh, located just outside the city of Galway. Today, it is commonly given to a girlfriend or wife as a sign of love and commitment.

This all Sterling Silver Claddagh dangles in front of a perfect Kelly green sea glass gem that I found in Northern California. A clear Swarovski crystal accent the pendant as well. This Claddagh deisign is dainty in size measuring 1/2" by 3/4". The piece comes with a Sterling Silver chain. Please select chain length at checkout.

All of the components I use are SOLID sterling silver. NEVER plated or silver filled. The chains are all SOLID STERLING SILVER and are not plated or filled. Only the best top quality materials for an item I am sure you will treasure for years to come.

**Please remember, ALL of my sea glass is genuine, ocean-tumbled sea glass that I collect off the rocky and sandy shores myself. It is NEVER machine-tumbled. Please pay close attention to pictures and descriptions of sea glass and do not be afraid to ask questions about where the sea glass originated from. Machine-tumbled glass has made its way into the maketplace and it sometimes listed as genuine sea glass. When it is too consistent in shape to other pieces, has too many rare colors in similar shapes, has a smoother rather than more pitted patina or its price does not reflect the value of the sea glass, it is probably too good to be true. When in doubt, please ask. You are helping to preserve the integrity of the sea glass art by doing so and I along with my colleagues thank you for that :)

Since I collect all of my own sea glass, I would love to provide you with the location, date and story behind the discovery of the piece of sea glass used to create this piece. If you would like to know more about the history of this sea glass, please convo me. I would be happy to provide you with a written record of it as well. Remember, you are purchasing not only a piece of beauty, but a piece of history as well!!

Like all of my jewelry, this necklace comes beautifully-boxed with pretty ribbon - ready for git-giving.
